This is a fabulous melange of dark fruits, cherries, blackcurrants, plums and ripe strawberry fruit… 100% crunchy juice with a touch of earthy funk! Traditional maceration, including 15% whole bunch, then aged in oak casks for 11 months. Unfiltered with no added sulphur. A wine for real natural wine lovers.
