Het Boerenerf is a working organic farm and lambic blendery in Huizingen. It is a revival of the former Eylenbosch (Huizingen) brewery under founder and blender Senne Eylenbosch, who started the project on his grandparents’ farm in 2019. The name of the blendery is a Flemish translation of ‘The Farmstead’. The Cannonau di Sardegna is a unique Sardean grape – these organic grapes are grown by Cantina Pusole in Sardinia, and the wine ripened along with Het Boerenerf’s Pajotse cider. Fermented, aged and bottled on the farm.
