Burnt Mill x Track Enigmatic Galaxies Double IPA 8.4%

The Burnt Mill team loves Enigma, and when they managed to get some Galaxy hops, they decided to celebrate the celestial marriage of these favourite Southern Hemi Green varieties with a DIPA brewed with Track Brewing Co. Together they came up with a grist of Super Pale, Munich, Flaked Oats and Wheat that was whirlpooled and dry-hopped on wort contact with Enigma and again during fermentation with Enigma and Galaxy.
