Burnt Mill x Northern Monk Tomodachi British Pale Ale 4.6%

Tomodachi, ‘Friends’ in Japanese is a collaboration with Northern Monk and a newer friend Suguru, who travelled from Japan to get some experience at Burnt Mill before making his way up to Northern Monk to work for them. The beer is a modern British pale ale, combining a heritage Yorkshire malt, Halcyon, for delicious biscuit undertones with a blend of modern and traditional English hops. Challenger, Ernest, Cascade and Harlequin have been chosen for a gentle resinous background and layers of apricot, lychee and tropical fruits.
