Renowned US brewer Jeff Bagby joined the Burnt Mill team for this hoptastic classic Westie. This multi level, multi hop additioned IPA has been blessed with plenty of Cascade, Columbus, Chinook, Comet and Simcoe for a sticky piney resinous and citrus flavour. A careful blend of bittering additions and mash hopping gives a robust but balanced bitterness holding onto the beautiful hop aromas and enticing you in for more.
