A light golden malt profile of extra pale, Vienna, dextrin and caramalt malt gives a clean base for a west coast style pale, whirlpooled with Chinook and dry hopped with Centennial, Simcoe and Columbus. Turning Tides has fresh tropical fruit aromas backed up with plenty of piney bitterness.
