Brewed for Burnt Mill’s sixth Birthday, this IPA showcases a bunch of great hops in a classic West Coast style against a clean malty base and lingering bitterness. Motueka sets the base in the whirlpool with a dry hop of Chinook, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Strata and HBC586 giving flavours of vinous grapefruit and pine with back notes of tropical fruits.
