Burnt Mill Into Gold IPA 6%

For this IPA Burnt Mill took inspiration from one the greats from the East Coast of the US. Extra pale, flaked oats and chit make up the grist. A large whirlpool addition of Simcoe and Citra hops brings a pronounced bitterness. Strata, Simcoe and Citra combine in the dry hop, complementing the yeast esters and bringing aromas of overipe mango, melon and candied tropical fruit.
