Burnt Mill Golden Vistas New England IPA 6%

This is a homage to Vermont IPAs. A base of extra pale keeps it light in colour while flaked oats and dextrin add body. Eclipse and Motueka in the whirlpool give lovely lime and mandarin notes while Eclipse, Citra and Strata in the dry hop bring big flavours of orange, tropical fruit and dank hops. Expect some peach notes from the Sanders yeast which brings it all together. Ingredients: Water, Barley, Oats, Hops, Yeast
