Burnt Mill Echo Lake West Coast Pale Ale 5%

Taking inspiration from Burnt Mill’s West Coast IPAs, this DDH pale ale has a layered base of extra pale, dextrin, Vienna and a touch of caramalt to support some classic West Coast hops. In the whirlpool, the brew team has blended together Mosaic and Centennial, then dry hopped with Mosaic, Centennial and Chinook for classic dank pine and citrus fruits bursting through.
