This is our burn notice. Our latest attempt of pushing the boundaries of what a dark style can be while keeping every sip dangerously drinkable. We started with a gruelling 12-hour boil, concentrating a complex grist of nine specialty dark malts building an impossibly rich foundation. From there, we layered in fresh cream, a whisper of banana, mountains of sticky toffee and deeply burnt caramel, building outrageous body and decadent depth. The result? A thick, velvety pour that lands somewhere between molten dark chocolate fudge, warm sticky toffee pudding and silky caramel glaze. Rich. Boozy. Luxurious. Unapologetically indulgent.
