We brewed this imperial stout base with wildflower honey from Georgia and then conditioned it on fig, fresh orange zest and Madagascar vanilla to create a canvas of citrus and dark fruit to introduce a Tanzanian coffee from Onyx Coffee Roasters that we aged in Bourbon barrels in our cellar.
