Lager – American | 4.5% ABV Commercial Description: Because of the urge to wander inward. Somewhere towards the tangential perpetuity. A thought space where the constant loop inhabits you. Where we are simply absent from hope. Never lost just forgotten. A collaboration with our old friend Shawn Yasaki and his team at Noble Beast Brewing Co. A smart and beautiful young lager that exudes the vibrancy of today’s American craft brewery. Grace is made from a lengthy step mash of Epiphany Malt Modern Pilsner and rice, and flavored from a healthy whirlpool hopping with Hallertau Mittelfruh, Experimental HBC 1019, and Tettnanger. This beer fermented low and slow with our house lager strain, before spunding away to natural carbonation and aging in our horizontal lager tanks. A refreshment of jasmine vines, stone fruit blossoms, and soft dumplings.
