Brighton Hot Sauce Bird’s Eye

This is currently the hottest sauce Brighton Hot Sauce makes. The peri-peri chillies were obtained directly from Chilli Children, the charity this sauce was made for. Chillis are grown and harvested in Rukungiri, Uganda by families and guardians of orphans and children with disabilities. The income from selling the crops is used to pay for surgery, education, transport and further healthcare. Brighton Hot Sauce donates to the charity for every bottle sold, and HB&B is also making a donation 🙂 Ingredients: Bird’s eye chillies, cider vinegar, habaneros, sea salt, ghost peppers, Trinidad Moruga scorpions, maple syrup, ginger, agar.
