Bright Inversion

“Enough Haze to Block Out the Sun”A few times each year, when the conditions align and the weather gods look down upon us, something special happens in Bright. An alpine inversion—a rare mix of fate and science where warm air meets cold, and our beautiful town becomes shrouded in clouds. Inspired by this natural phenomenon, we’ve once again created our Inversion NEIPA. Just as rare as the inversion itself, this beer is designed to capture the essence of those remarkable conditions, but with a whole lot more hop flavour. Brewer’s Tasting Notes: “The Inversion NEIPA is a hazy, full-bodied beer with a soft and pillowy mouthfeel. It offers a tropical fruit bowl aroma and flavour profile, featuring prominent citrus notes and a subtle hint of coconut. Despite its hop character, the bitterness is kept low to moderate, resulting in a well-rounded and balanced NEIPA.“
