À PROPOS DE CETTE BIÈRE

Smooth honeycomb stout with caramel, milk chocolate and gentle roasted malt. Bright 2026 Midnight In The Mountains Honeycomb Stout is a smooth honeycomb stout with caramel, milk chocolate and gentle roasted malt. Brewed with real High Country honey at 6.4% ABV, it delivers mellow sweetness and rich dark beer flavour while remaining balanced and surprisingly easy to enjoy. Light roasted notes give the beer depth without making it overly heavy or bitter. Honeycomb, caramel and milk chocolate fill the palate, while a gentle roast character keeps the sweeter flavours in balance. The result is smooth, slightly sweet and highly drinkable. This is a great choice for those who enjoy dessert inspired stouts but still want freshness, balance and proper roasted malt character. Its playful mountain theme and limited availability also give it plenty of appeal for collectors of Bright Brewery seasonal releases. Tasting Notes Aroma: Light roasted malt, honey sweetness, caramel and soft cocoa. Palate: Smooth and gently sweet, with honeycomb, caramel and creamy milk chocolate. Finish: Balanced and lingering, with mellow roast and soft honey sweetness. About The Brewery And Region Bright Brewery was established in 2005 in the alpine town of Bright in Victoria’s High Country. Founded by Scott Brandon, Fiona Reddaway and friends David and Julia, the brewery began in two modest tin sheds before growing into one of regional Victoria’s best known independent breweries. The brewery remains family owned and closely connected to its mountain home. Bright is surrounded by alpine peaks, rivers, forests and walking trails, and this outdoor environment plays an important role in the personality of the brewery and its beers. Midnight In The Mountains draws inspiration from the legends and stories associated with the surrounding alpine landscape. From elusive mountain creatures to tales of lost skiers, the release celebrates the mystery of the High Country after dark while offering a warm and comforting stout for enjoying safely at home. The use of real High Country honey gives the beer an additional connection to its region, bringing mellow sweetness and honeycomb character to the roasted malt base.
