Bridge Road Raspberry Sour with Lime

This bright, light-bodied fruited sour beer, is brewed in the style of a traditional German Gose. Its high mineral content balances out the acidity and makes for a dry and refreshing finish. Here, we used 500kg of raspberries and just the right amount of lime, resulting in a perky, pink beer with a classic flavour combination!
