Bridge Road Mayday Hills Raspberry

This vibrant Raspberry Saison is the latest addition to our Mayday Hills beer project. These beers are fermented or aged in wooden foeders or barrels and reflect our local surrounds, Mayday Hills. We set about to create a beer that screams RASPBERRY! We started with a pale and protein rich malt base, added a huge quantity of raspberry – in the order of 500g per litre of beer and kept hops to an absolute minimum to allow the beer to remain great in clear glass. We aged this beer in our foeder on the raspberries for about 6 weeks before being force carbonated and bottled.
