Brewpub Falling Higher Grape Sour 4.5%

A grape sour brewed in collaboration with Dunleavy Vineyards, Somerset. The LHG team travelled down to visit them and collect 200L of the same juice that Dunleavy will use for their award winning Rosé. Brewed with the addition of both the juice and freshly pressed skins, the result is a crisp, drinkable sour beer with some flavours you might find in an orange wine. The grape character is delicate but present, with a deceivingly sweet aroma, balanced dryness and a light carbonation.
