We have utilised a heavy-hitting combination of McKenzie and Mosaic hops to create a profile that opens with elegant floral and piney notes. As you take your first sip, the experience transitions into lush tropical hits of papaya and honeydew melon, balanced by the bright grapefruit. The inclusion of Black Forest rye adds a warm, spiced depth that works in harmony with the malt character, making for a fully saturated and incredibly memorable beer.
