Bounty

Like natural champagne, this wild beer begins with familiar tropical fruit flavours but opens to something deeper and more redolent: summer-ripe peaches, melon, then oak. Aged for nine months in red and white wine barrels, then dry-hopped with Citra and Idaho 7, it is mildly sour with a delicate body.
