Bodriggy Zooter Doozy

Here at Bodriggy, we reckon that wet-hops are pretty spesh. So when our buddies at Hop Products Australia told us they had some delish, freshly harvested Enigma hop cones for us, we thought that chucking them at yet another single hopped IPA would be a bit of a cliched thing to do. Not ones to blindly follow traditon, we threw them into a Belgian Pale Ale. Turns out those spicy, fruity Belgian yeast characters played very nicely with the herbal and dried red fruit aromas of Enigma. A fair whack of munich malt gives a springboard for the yeast and hop flavours to leap from and adds a biscuity flavour. Part of our Twin Harvest Release, alongside Zooter Doozy Pinot Gris co-fermented kettle sour.
