Boatroacker Sparkling Dramjet Whisky Fortified

Originally in collaboration with Starward Distillery back in 2018. Fast forward to 2025, and coinciding with the maturing of our own Bourbon style whsikey, we couldn’t help but make this version of a legend. The sweetness of our four grain profile of the whiskey lends itself deliciously to the fortification process. The extra time in the high char American oak adds notes of vanilla and coconut, with a light char to round out the palate. Over 50L of whiskey was added to the 150L of Imperial Stout. A beer that will age for decades, and is highly recommended to share with friends. Note that due to the high alcohol content, this « beer » is taxed as a spirit.
