Blue House IPA 22oz

Full bodied and noticeably more amber in color than most California IPA. Our flagship IPA is bursting with fruity hop character, balanced well by a rich, silky body. The Simcoe hop makes it ºs distinct presence known with pine and passionfruit notes with Cascade filling in. It ºs hop aroma is complex and hearty, and is mirrored in the palette. This IPA has a pronounced malt profile with a touch of caramel showing, yet the beer finishes dry. The bigger body gives more of a base for the hop character to grow from, and more to balance.
