A base wort made featuring floor-malted, organic Plumage Archer & Spelt, later adding aged hops and fresh East Kent Goldings. Fermented with a blend of house Saison cultures, aged in French oak for 6 months then conditioned for 4 months on Rhubarb & Raspberry.
