Blend 5 Apple 6.7%

This simple beer was brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, then aged in oak for one year. It was then refermented on apple pomace for 4 weeks. It has aromas of berries and red apples, a gentle acidity and a soft finish.
