Nectarine – Tangerine – Savoury – Herbal This Welsh sparkling from Monmouthshire’s Ancre Hill was fermented in barrels, concrete egg and stainless steel with an elevage of over 12 months for the base wine, spending typically two-three years on lees. On the nose, there’s soft notes of lightly toasted brioche and hints of beeswax; on the palate, citrus peel and a refreshing finish. Grape: Pinot Noir
