À PROPOS DE CETTE BIÈRE

Floral – Stonefruit – Dry This glorious orange wine is made from Moscatel grapes from old Mariana Alta Muscat plots by Josie Cleeve and Joshua Kniesel in the limestone mountainous headland of Marina Alta, Alicante. Here, densely planted bush vines are dispersed between citrus, olive and almond groves and in most directions you face the water. It is for this reason that the two defining influences of Josh and Josie’s wines are the Mediterranean and the mountains. They work purely and without the use of sulphur or additives of any kind and their wines are never fined or filtered. Their wines are bright, refreshing and the perfect accompaniment to this sunny Mediterranean cape and the wonderful food it is famous for. Grapes for the Cap de Nit Blanc come from three different plots of bush vines planted on clay/limestone, and all are farmed organically. The bunches are destemmed when they enter the cellar and macerated on skins for five days before the juice is then separated – 50% aged in amphora, the other 50% aged in stainless steel for around 10 months before bottling. The resulting wine offers intense floral and stone fruit characters with a grippy dry finish. Grape: Moscatel de Alejandria
