Gold Blend #3 much like 1&2 was blended with barrels that showed bright tropical fruit notes, blended with beer to balance the funk and oak, finishing with a soft acidity. This beer is highly carbed and is best served cold from the fridge, allowed to warm up over the coarse of the glass.
