A blend of barrel-aged golden wild ale and young dry-hopped saison. A harmonious blend of young and old beer that bridges the gap between kettle sours and mature-aged wild ales. This is our take on a traditional Biere de Coupage. Flavours of tart passionfruit, guava, grapefruit and oak. It’s crisp and refreshing, with a solid backbone of farmhouse funk.
