BALLAD OF SIMCOE | West Coast IPA Collab w/ Blindman

West Coast IPA 6.5% ABV | 473ml It’s hard to write the type of ballad that Simcoe deserves. Would a love ballad suffice? Would a power ballad be deserved? Yes and yes. We aren’t much for our lyricism so we’re going to let our collaboration with Blindman Brewing do all the singing on this one.We blended our love of malt and hops. We used Blindman’s custom 24-2 base malt & @redshedmalting Kananaskis, and then saturated it with as much Simcoe as we possibly could.We bittered, cool pooled, dip hopped, double dry hopped and topped up in the Brite Tank. We literally added hops at every possible step that we could! Simcoe 4 way: our hand-selected Simcoe T-90, Cryo Simcoe, Simcoe Hyperboost and Quantum Simcoe. – Polyrhythm Brewing* Collaboration with Blindman Brewing
