Azacca DDH IPA 6%

At the end of 2021, Polly’s has brewed a trio of beers celebrating the brewery’s favourite hop varietals. The brewhouse team were blown away at how intense the latest crop of Azacca was, so picked this for their single hop showcase. A full on stateside slammer, expect to find a swagbag of intense mango, papaya, pineapple and citrus notes, with a hint of spice on the back end to keep everything in check.
