The aim is to.innovate and bring together natural low intervention winemaking with classic wine styles, using organic practices in the vineyard to promote biodiversity. This juicy, fruit-forward red has amazing depth of flavour, with aromas and succulent flavours of sweet and sour cherries, plum and wild berries.
