Drawing inspiration from the change of season where the days draw shorter and the leaves turn golden brown, this Best Bitter Ale is L&G’s warm welcome to Autumn. A base of Pils malt teams up with Caramalt, a touch of Belgian “Special B” and 50% Munich malt gives a continental slant to this traditional English style. Biscuity and light-amber, bitter, piney and citrusy from a blend of East Kent Goldings, Cascade and Chinook hops – full-bodied and robust, perfect accompaniment to a lush Sunday roast.
