Atrium Brava Imperial

Brava is a 8,5% Double Black IPA, brewed with the new Cara Wheat and Chocolate Rye from Dingemans to have a full body and layered palate! The goal was not just to have a dark beer that tastes like an IPA but really was to have the presence of maltiness and roastiness with a strong nuttiness finish and a bold bitterness. On the hop side we chose the Pink Boots Blend from Yakima Chief Hops, which gives a tropical, citrus and piney aromatic qualities. It is definitely a beer designed to break clichés!
