Assemblage No.6

This blend number 6 is an ode to red fruits, and what they can give when wild yeasts join in to complicate the primary accents. A blend of our Kekriek (Sour beer with cherries), our raspberry season and a Berliner Weisse refermented on a tart cherry juice, all aged in barrels.
