« Our take on a classic Helles, unfiltered and unadulterated, brewed with German Pilsner Malt & supported with a light touch of American hops leading to a clean, crisp finish.Beautifully hopped in kettle & given 6 weeks of conditioning time this has all of the qualities we love in this style – a refreshing, slightly pithy citrus front end with clean, yeast-lead notes & a slight bitterness on the finish bringing eminent drinkability. A slightly higher finishing gravity than most boosts some of the citrus fruit character. In short this one’s an absolute crusher. »
