It is golden blonde, full bodied and nicely rounded, with fruity yeast character and soft spice running through the beer. Red fruit comes through on the nose, followed by gentle spice, soft malt and a smooth creamy texture. At 7% ABV, it is a little lighter than many traditional Tripels, which gives it a lovely balance between richness and drinkability.
