All hail the Fog! This IPA celebrates London Fog yeast as well as the hop Loral. A so-called « super-noble » hop, it has all those characteristics of those classic noble hops – floral, peppery and herbal – but with some new school lemon, citrus and dark fruit notes to boot. The result? An IPA bursting with all those typical Polly’s characteristics.
