Fresh – Watermelon – Cherry Andi Mann is a young winemaker in Eckelsheim, Germany, who cultivates his vines holistically and uses minimal intervention in his winemaking – his aim is to produce natural wines with an openness and intensity of taste that reflect their origin. This wonderful red/white co-ferment is super light and fruity and ready for summer! A delicious blend of carefully and selectively hand-picked grapes deliver notes of watermelon, cherry and plum compote. Andi ferments spontaneously with a short maceration period, then ages the wine gently in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfiltered and with no added sulphur.
