IPA – American | 6.5% ABV Commercial Description: This West Coast beauty tastes like a tropical concoction on the secret menu at your favorite cantina. Only that one bartender knows how to make it, and they aren’t giving away their secrets. A simple malt bill and a neutral yeast strain let the potent and synergistic hop expression do all of the talking. Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic Cryo hops were added in somewhat irresponsible amounts, and then we added some traditional T-90 pellets of all three for good measure. A blend of papaya, passion fruit, orange, and peach juices infused with hints of basil, lemongrass and coriander tease across the palate. What did you put in this drink man?
