Alea Rosa Rosato 2019 12%

Winemaker Andrea Occhipinti makes this glorious rosé from the Aleatico grape, which is macerated on the skins for one night) before being spontaneously fermented on its lees in concrete vats. It is then aged for another 6 months in steel / cement with at least 2 months in bottle. It pours a stunning bright pink and is fresh and summery, with a delicious crunchiness.
