There is a flavour intensity to Cloudwater’s DDH Pales, this one hopped with hand selected Rakau and Waimea, that the brewers find affirming, yet also relaxing. A beer not confined, by strength and good judgement, to the shortest of measures, instead a beer for long and lingering pauses.
