A Fermament Sauvignon Blanc 2019 11%

We’re delighted to have been able to get our hands on a tiny amount of the new vintage of this wonderful, super-rare wine, grown in a walled vineyard in Hampshire. Winemaker Tim Phillips has worked in South Africa and Italy and makes incredible ciders, a wild beer and an astonishing sparkling Riesling. He has a small walled Victorian kitchen garden planted with Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Riesling. The terroir is great – gravels composed of limestone, flints and sandstone – and he farms organically with biodynamic treatments. Tim is a perfectionist and only has enough grapes for one barrique. Because of this, we’re limiting this to one bottle per customer – for just six lucky customers.
