This Westie has been brewed with our South London neighbours Villages. Maris, Munich II, Malted Rye and Crystal Rye malts meet big Chinook hop additions throughout, alongside Simcoe Cryo in the aroma steep, before more Simcoe and finished with a big dry hop of HBC630. It’s got all the sticky sweetness and bitterness of a usual West Coast, but the HBC630 gives a big jammy punch. The Hastings Project is a Community Interest Company which brews beer to raise money for local charitable and community projects. THP’s profits from this beer go towards Little Gate Farm, which helps people with learning disabilities get into paid work.
