We used a thiol rich floor malted Pilsner malt and fermented with a blend of our traditional WC Pils strain and a new thiolised lager strain to drive up the base character, before dry hopping heavily with Nelson Sauvin and a small amount of Southern Cross for a bigger, more complex hop character! Must be at least 18 years old & over to purchase.We cannot post glass growlers interstate.
