Thorn Street Slate

Each IPA in this series is 100% Cryo-Hopped which means the hops are separated at extremely low temperatures into a potent concentrate providing an intense hop flavor and aroma. Our brewers were so excited to play around with the different Cryo-hops that we developed a whole series to allow for their creativity, and beer, to flow freely.
