We kept the base recipe true to Steady Rolling Man. From mash in up to the end of fermentation. We then substituted the Steady dry hop charge for 100% Motueka Hops from Freestyle. Hopefully you can get some aspects of Steady peaking through. But the spotlight is on Motueka in all it’s limey glory. Limes limes limes! With some accompanying layers of other sweet citrus and juicy stone fruit.
