Spritzy – Cherry – Fresh Burja Estate connects a traditional Vipava winegrowing farm with a modern understanding of wine. Burja Estate winemaker Primož Lavrencic bought a 60 year old Malvasia vineyard in the Vipava Valley along the northern Adriatic coast and now produces a range of wines celebrating local grape varieties, always following the principals of organic and biodynamic production and working in harmony with nature.
