Rochefort 8

Pours copper with a beige head. The aroma is yeasty with some caramel malt. Medium to full body with average carbonation. The taste is pretty sweet with some acidity from overripe stone fruits. Caramel, honey, raisins, spices and alcohol. A little to sweet in combination with the high alcohol volume.
